Dear You … Instead of things happening to you, what if they were happening for you? When you consider this, how life ‘happens’ takes on a different meaning. Is it possible you are constantly being given gifts of experiences for your own personal knowledge? What if, all that surrounds you is a circle of reality set in place by you, for you to discover more about you? What if, in each moment, there is a possibility to experience more happiness and peace by using the feelings you have about your world?
Your relationship (experience) with life, is created by how you feel, see, think, speak, and act in each moment. Guidance for making change begins with the body’s feelings and emotions. Your feelings and emotions are often linked with the meanings given to them through thoughts, beliefs, and opinions about life. These meanings can be changed. By tuning in to how you ‘feel,’ you will see a different way to ‘be’. An alternate experience is inspired through conscious choice using thoughts, words, and actions. And so, the relationship with your world becomes a series of experiences, moving you ever closer to knowing and connecting into who you truly are. That is, a human be-ing in body, mind, and energy.
This is an invitation for you to choose to own your life and to welcome ‘what is’ showing up for you in this moment. Everything is within.
