This book will inspire you to change the way you use your mind, to recognize and release those thoughts held in your mind about life. It will impact how you see and shape your current reality. These are the thoughts that limit your ability to truly know you. Thoughts like I am not good enough”, I could never say or do that”, or ”what will they think about me”.
Kel Green was born in Melbourne, Australia and is a Spiritual Life Coach, Four Desires teacher, Yoga teacher and Author. She lives on the Gold Coast with her dog, Opal.
Kel has been writing since she was 15, and now has written her first book, Wisdom of You – A Handbook for Personal Transformation, in which she uses her own experiences and knowledge to deliver a “how to manual’ that provides a process and tools to feel, see and ‘be’ with your life differently.
Kel always makes time each day for a cup of chai and some quiet contemplation. She also enjoys reading, riding her bike by the beach and immersing herself in peace and quiet.
